A highly respected clinical commissioner and registered nurse, Ryan Jaden Spears brings a wealth of clinical and operational expertise to Bespoke Horizons. As the director of Inclusive Care Options, a care provider specializing in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, Ryan understands the importance of tailored, high-quality care. Siobhan, our Registered Manager, has dedicated many years to supporting SEND children across all age groups. This wealth of experience fuels her commitment to high-quality, person-centered care. While she expertly manages our daily operations and ensures we exceed CQC standards, her true passion lies in leading a team that prioritizes safeguarding and continuous improvement.
